The program includes design, marketing, implementation, staffing, training, certification and proprietary management technology (eCRM3). Hospital Concierge provides the staff, systems and state-of-the-art management tools to successfully implement, market and manage your best of class program. Hospital Concierge will assist in the design of your concierge office. Called Tranquility Zones, our on-site offices create a warm and welcoming environment for medical staff. We will then hire, train and manage all staff for your facility. Hospital Concierge's proprietary technology,eCRM3, is used to create the metrics to insure that you get the best operational and management results from your program. All operational aspects of the program, including completely customizable real-time Key Performance reports are provided.
